Sally Roberts is a 200 Hour RYT Certified Yoga Teacher recognized through Yoga Alliance. She teaches Vinyasa Flow with a focus on breath-led movement, creating space for clarity, strength, and peace in body and mind. A lifelong teacher—of English, Spanish, and dance—Sally brings her love of learning and movement into every class. After experiencing a stroke, yoga became her pathway back into balance, quiet, and resilience. She now shares that gift with her students, guiding them into moving meditation through asana and breath. Sally’s compassionate presence and mindful approach make her classes welcoming to yogis of all levels.

Vespera Aragon
Vespera Aragon is a 200 Hour RYT Certified Yoga Teacher recognized through Yoga Alliance. She teaches Vinyasa, Yin, and Chair Yoga for The Primitive Path’s program, guiding students with a calm and supportive presence. With experience creating custom breathwork practices for individuals, groups, and even sports teams, she designs flows that cultivate strength, balance, and deep relaxation. Vespera is passionate about helping students reduce stress and connect to emotional well-being through movement and breath. Her joyful, grounding energy makes her classes inviting and impactful for yogis at every level.

Jade Jesser is a Yoga Alliance certified 200 Hour RYT with a background in fitness, nutrition, and anthropology. A personal trainer since 2012, Jade blends strength training and intuitive movement with the mindful flow of Vinyasa. His classes integrate physical challenge with thought-provoking intentions, encouraging students to explore both body and mind. Jade’s approachable style offers options for all levels, creating a supportive space where every practitioner can grow.

judy jeppson
Judy Jeppson is a Yoga Alliance Certified 200 Hour RYT, a graduate-level Health and Wellness Education Specialist, and a Registered Nurse. With a focus on mindfulness meditation and physical activity for healthy aging, she has a passion for teaching gentle, refreshing hathavinyasa flow. Providing cueing options that allow for modifying the poses to your body’s preference, she welcomes all ability levels to her class. Because the practice of yoga has promoted wellness in her own life, Judy shares yoga as a way to guide others to thrive.

marcy galvez
Marcy Galvez is a 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher, Sound Healer, Breathwork Practitioner, Reiki Master, and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Currently completing her 300 Hour RYT, Marcy blends yoga with somatic healing practices to support mind-body connection and inner balance. Her classes are heart-centered and intuitive, inviting students to slow down, listen inward, and restore their authentic voice. Through yoga, sound, and breath, Marcy creates calming spaces for healing, community, and shared connection.

Nina Ferrante
Nina is a Student Teacher working towards her 300-hour ERYT certificate. She has been practicing yoga the last 10 years and has dove into learning more about it and meditation over the last 2 years. She loves exploring National Parks, traveling, camping, fostering cats, any activities around water, and learning. Nina spends most of her free time traveling with her family, including her daughters, Bella (18) Eva (16) and son Morgan (13).

Rose Sellars is a 200 Hour RYT Student Teacher and the founder of The Primitive Path. A yogi since her teenage years, Rose has turned to yoga as a steady home base through many seasons of life. The practice has brought her balance, strength, and mental clarity, and she now shares that grounding presence with her students. Rose’s teaching blends breath, movement, and mindfulness to create space for renewal and connection, welcoming practitioners of all levels to explore the gifts of yoga.

Sandra's passion is in Restorative Yin Yoga and intuitively creates a sacred space where individuals can reconnect with their breath, body, and inner wisdom. Through gentle movement, intentional stillness, and compassionate guidance, Sandra's Yin and Yoga Nidra classes invites students to release tension, cultivate peace, and awaken to the present moment.
