Acknowledgment of risk
Yoga and wellness activities may involve physical exertion, stretching, balance, breathing exercises, and use of props. These carry inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, sprains, or in rare cases, more serious injury or medical events. By participating, you confirm you are voluntarily engaging in these activities with full knowledge of these risks.

Welcome to The Primitive Path. By booking or attending a class, workshop, or event with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms of Service and liability waiver. Please read carefully.
health disclosure
You affirm that you are physically and medically fit to participate. You are responsible for consulting a physician before beginning or continuing yoga practice. Please inform your instructor of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations prior to class and update us if your condition changes.
waiver of liability
In consideration of being allowed to participate, you hereby release and discharge Primitive Path Co., its owners, instructors, staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or demands for injury, loss, or damage to person or property, whether arising from negligence or otherwise.

Practice mindfully and listen to your body.

Notify your instructor immediately if you feel pain, discomfort, or unsafe.

Accept full responsibility for your own participation and use of studio equipment and props.
photography & media release (Optional)
From time to time, classes and events may be photographed or recorded. You may opt out at check-in. If you do not opt out, you grant Primitive Path Co. permission to use such media for promotional purposes (social media, website, and marketing).
cancellations & refunds
Cancellations by you (6+ hours before class:)
If you cancel at least 6 hours before the scheduled start time, you may reschedule or request a full refund.
Late Cancellations / No Shows
Cancellations made within 6 hours of class start time, or failure to attend, are not eligible for a refund.
Cancellations by The Primitive Path
If class is cancelled by us, you may reschedule or request a full refund.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at contact@theprimitivepath.com with your booking details. Refunds are processed within one business day and typically post within two business days.
✨ Your presence matters to us. Thank you for honoring your practice and supporting our teachers by giving advance notice whenever possible.
