Key Responsibilities

Craft consistently excellent espresso drinks, teas, matcha, and seasonal beverages

Provide fast, friendly, and personalized customer service

Maintain a clean, well-organized, and visually appealing service area

Handle point-of-sale transactions with accuracy and efficiency

Clean and reset the trailer throughout the shift to meet strict hygiene standards

Open and close shifts with thorough checklists and pride of ownership

Communicate clearly with team members to keep things flowing smoothly

Contribute ideas and feedback to help us continuously improve

Participate in regular inventory checks and proactively communicate needs to management
What We’re Looking For
-
***2+ year of food service experience required***
-
Willing to work weekends (including Sundays) required
-
Strong skills in dialing in espresso, milk steaming, and fast-paced drink prep
-
Comfortable working a high-volume, fast-paced line — especially during morning rushes
-
Excellent hygiene habits and commitment to cleanliness, safety, and food handling
-
Aware of common food allergies and trained (or willing to be trained) in cross-contact prevention
-
Able to work in a small-footprint trailer environment with tight workflow
-
Must be reliable, punctual, and available for weekend shifts

Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs

Positive attitude and good energy — we aim to make every visit a highlight of the day for our customers

Food Handler’s Permit (or willing to obtain)

Familiarity with matcha preparation is a bonus
