Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens, and flexibility is part of the practice. 🌙 The Moon’s Path: Yin Series – Class Refund Policy We value the commitment you make when you reserve your spot in The Moon’s Path: Yin Series. To honor the integrity of the series and ensure a consistent experience for all participants, the following refund policy applies: Full Series Pass ($212) Non-Refundable: The Full Series Pass is non-refundable once purchased. Transfers: While the full pass cannot be transferred to another participant, individual sessions may be transferred to a friend or family member if you are unable to attend. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so we can update our roster. Missed Sessions: If you miss a class and do not transfer your spot, you will still receive the take-home crystal and worksheet from that session, which can be picked up at the studio within 14 days. Individual Class Bookings ($44) Non-Refundable: All single-session class purchases are non-refundable. Transfers: If you cannot attend, you may transfer your class reservation to a friend or family member. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so we can make the adjustment. Cancellations by The Primitive Path In the rare event that The Primitive Path cancels a class (due to weather, instructor emergency, or facility issue), a make-up class will be offered. If a make-up is not possible, a refund for that session will be issued. by You (24+ hours before class): If you need to cancel your class at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time, you may either reschedule for another class or request a full refund. Cancellations by The Primitive Path: If a class is canceled by us, you’ll have the choice to reschedule or receive a full refund. How to Request a Refund: Please email us at contact@theprimitivepath.com with your booking details. Refunds will be processed promptly and typically post to your account within 2 business days. Late Cancellations / No-Shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours of class start time, or failure to attend, are not eligible for a refund. ✨ Your presence matters to us.
